This is the first book running for 222 pages bringing the glories of Mahalakshmi from various authorities.

For example, from Dwadasha stotra the 7th adhyaya and Sri Sukta 15 mantras and Ambhrni sutra 8 mantras are given with elaborate notes. Stotra of Mahalakshmi by Devendra and also the story relating to Varalakshmi as found in Bhavishyotra purana and Rama Stotra from Sarasabharathi Vilasa in detail are dealt with in this book.

Lakshmi ashtothra is also given and one adhikarna under Brahmasutras called Samanadhikarna consisting of 8 sutras and Bhashya thereon are dealt with in detail.

The book also contains the works of Mahan Sri Vedesa Thirtha on Mahalakshmi and from Sri Vishnupurana Sri Stuti and various other stotras connected to Lakshmi are all brought in one book for the first time for the benefit of the devotees.
