This book consists of 184 pages from Sri Vayu Purana dealing with the Mahimas of Maghamasa in Part 2. Adhyaya 9-17 are dealt with in this book which consists of 633 verses.

The importance of Maghamasa and also the importance of the holy bath to be taken early in the morning and several other details are narrated in this Purana. The devotees should read this book atleast in the month of Magha so that the Prasadha of Bhagavan Sriman Narayana would be obtained.
