This book contains 450 verses from the 12th chapter of Bhavishyothra purana which deals with the Mahimas of Venkatachala Maha Prabhu.
The description of the marriage and also the conversation between Kubera and Lord Srinivasa, the conversation between Chaturmukha (four faced) Brahma and Lord Srinivasa are very pious and soul stirring.
While Lord Srinivasa started for the marriage and was coming down the hills to Narayanapura, namely to the palace of father in law Aakasharaja, in the middle, Sri Sukacharya prays before the Lord to have some food in his hermitage. Almost all the devathas, gandharvas and muktas running to millions have come from the heaven and the invitation by Sukacharya, it may look as not proper. But Sukacharya says if Srinivasa enters his hermitage and consumes a little, then the whole universe can be taken to have been fed. For this Lord Srinivasa answers that the submission of Sri Sukacharya is like divine nectar and this nectar coming from the mouth of Sukacharya is Srimad Bhaghavatam consisting of 18,000 verses.
