This is a very wonderful book written by the author bringing out the various points of Nyaya schools which are in contradiction with Vedanta.

The author has also given in the preface the reasons for writing this book. Incidentally, this book consists of 5 sections.

• Part 1 relates to the famous work called Tarkika Ayuktha Suchini written by the most learned scholarly saint Sri Sri 1008 Madhvanatha Sripadangalaru of Sriragam.
• Part 2 deals with the Analysis of certain postulates of Nyaya school from pages 32 to 140 wherein 24 items have been taken as illustration to establish to fallacy of Nyaya school.
• Part 3 deals with the assessment of Nyaya school by various Aparaoksha Jnanins.
• Part 4 and part 5 deals with the 2 works of the holy saint referred to above called Dwatrimsat Koti Bhoosha and also Chaturdasha Vilasi.
